How does a shared territory work?
A territory is one category in one ZIP code for a date range, shared by at most 3 partners. Leads are rotated sequentially: each new request goes to the next partner in line, not to everyone at once. If that partner doesn't respond in their window, the lead passes to the next partner in the rotation.
What happens if there are no leads that month?
You keep the territory for the full rental period. Demand varies by season, which is exactly why we show you the demand score and pricing for a ZIP before you reserve it.
Can I buy an entire city or county?
You can buy as many ZIP codes as you can serve, up to 20% of a metro's ZIP codes for a single category so no one can corner a market.
How fast do leads arrive?
Immediately. A matched request is routed to holders of that category and ZIP right away, with a two-hour response window and a reminder at the halfway mark.
Do you validate the leads?
Yes. Every request is checked for spam and duplicates, and location and category are confirmed before routing.
Is the price locked in?
Yes. Your rate is locked at purchase for the full rental period, even if the category rate changes later.
